My name is Blake, and I've been teaching English to students from all over the world since 2008.
I'm TESOL-certified and have taught students at all levels, from intermediate to high-advanced, with a particular focus on Business English.
For 15 years, I worked as an ESL instructor at ILAC, Canada's largest language school. I've also published my own ESL learning e-books and created over 100 English lessons, which you can explore here on my website.
Teaching English is my passion. I love helping students become more comfortable and confident communicating in English. I also believe that building fluency is closely related to improving accuracy, so I encourage students to recognize their mistakes, learn from them, and develop stronger communication skills.
This year, I've decided to launch my own online English classes, bringing together everything I've learned from years of teaching students from different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds.
My goal is to provide engaging, practical lessons that help students improve all aspects of their English, with a particular emphasis on speaking and real-world communication.
In my classes, I try to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment so that students can feel encouraged to speak freely, challenge themselves, and learn from their mistakes.
